Teaming up with Northwestern University, the Nettelhorst school hoped to inspire interest in STEM disciplines by engaging their elementary level children in a toy design exercise. The children designed their toys and worked with collegiate mentors to develop appropriate form factors for plastic injection molding. Colton worked with his group to create a snap-fit cube comprising the two schools' logos.
